We all decided to have a go at really creating a breakthrough around using colour in portraits, so it was into the acrylics and lots frustrating and varied successes. Great fun, but wow, lots to learn. We visited Pranoto studio 3 times, always a special event this time enhanced with a model from Poland who was exceptional. Some drawings later in my gallery.<\/p>\n<p>Weather was very dry and the rainy season had not started. Bali is in a severe drought. Up around Ubud there were about 3 climates per day, grumpy hot, humid and cool.
